The 510 rooms have a bedroom with king size or twin beds, bathroom with shower, balcony or terrace with a sea, side sea, pool or mountain view. All rooms are equipped with, sat TV, telephone, mini-fridge, air condition, hairdryer, safe.

The resort offers a 24-hour front desk, multilingual staff, express check-in/out, guest relation desk, bell captain, limousine service, lrggage room, laundry and valet service, live entertainment, beauty salon/barber, gift/souvenir shops, jewelry, internet cafe and a 24-hour on call doctor. For the hote l’s younger guests there is the Nemo kids club opened everyday apart Thursday, with three speaking languages, English, German and Russian.
The hotel has eight swimming pools and an aqua park where kids and adults may have a wonderful time. Apart from the swimming pools there are also other sports facilities as, volleyball and tennis. There is also a health club with sauna, Jacuzzi, steam bath, massage, gym. Everything is designed having in mind the guest’s well-being.

The AI programme consists of breakfast (07:00-10:30), lunch (12:30-14:30), dinner (18:30-22:00) and late dinner (22:00-24:00), all buffet style, served in the main restaurant. During breakfast American coffee is offered; during lunch & dinner there is a full list of AI drinks. Also at the disposal of the AI guests for dinner with prior reservation once per stay is the Italian restaurant. Snack buffet is available between 12:00 & 17:00 at the pool bar 1, the pool bar 2, the aqua park and the beach bar. Tea & coffee time with cake & pastries is from 15:00-17:00 at the lobby & beach bar. Customers can have midnight snacks at the lobby bar from 23:30-01:00. Locally produced alcoholic & non-alcoholic drinks like coke, 7up, Fanta, packed juices, diet cold drinks, water, beer, wine by the glass (red, rose, white), cognac, whiskey, gin, vodka, ouzo, rum, tequila, long drinks and cocktails are served from 11:00-24:00 (non-alcoholic drinks from 10:00) at the lobby bar (open 24hrs), the disco (23:00-02:00), the aqua park bars (10:00-sunset) and the beach bar (10:00-sunset). In-room mini fridges are filled with two mineral waters per day.
Fresh juices, imported drinks, the fish restaurant, the Asian restaurant, all drinks in all outlets after 24:00, any other items in mini fridges (except water), sauna, steam bath, jacuzzi & massage (with prior reservation), billiards and floodlit tennis are available at a charge.

On entry into Egypt, guests must obtain a visitors visa at the port of entry; the fee is £13 (subject to change). Sharm El Sheikh is considered a free zone, due to being located in the Sinai Peninsula. Travel on excursions outside the peninsula, a visitor’s visa is required. It is recommended that guests should see the Medhotels rep on arrival, to assist them with obtaining the visa.
At check in the customers will receive an AI info sheet with all items, outlets and timetables. An AI bracelet must be worn at all times. Dress code applies during dinner; no sportswear, swim wear, shorts and T-shirts. No alcohol is served to guests under the age of 18yrs old.
